Eligibility
- 10+2 with Physics, Chemistry, Biology and English as core subjects
- Minimum 50% aggregate in PCB (General); 40% for SC/ST/OBC
- At least 17 years old by 31 December of the admission year
- NEET (UG) qualified as per NMC guidelines — valid for three years for MBBS abroad

Official language is Persian (Farsi). Programmes for foreign students are in English, but clinical work needs Farsi — all universities provide a 6–12 month language foundation course.
